Dr. Nathaniel Dockstader, DMD
Dr. Dockstader fell in love with Arizona and Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry during his time as a dental student at Midwestern University. He really enjoyed driving by the practice and appreciated the uniqueness of it. Following graduation, Dr. Dockstader served in the U.S. Navy for four years in San Diego and Oceanside, California. Although he enjoyed serving with the Sailors and Marines, he separated from the U.S. Navy and returned to Arizona in search of a permanent home.
Dr. Dockstader strives to treat all of his patients with compassion and respect. He realizes that patients often feel uneasy about coming to the dentist and wants all patients to feel that they have made the right choice by coming to Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry. He hopes that his gentle, conservative and comprehensive approach will reassure patients and make their future dental visits more enjoyable.
Dr. Dockstader is incredibly grateful to call Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry his permanent home. He and his wife, Allison, have 3 children. They are excited to plant roots and raise their family in the Northwest Valley. The opportunity to live in and serve the Glendale community for many years to come is truly a dream come true for them.
Dr. Joe Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Nguyen began his career in dentistry at the age of 17 years old. His experience as a Dental Assistant and his desire to help others laid a solid foundation for his decision to become a dentist. He is passionate about dentistry and continues to take various learning courses to better the health of our patients. “I believe the dental field is constantly evolving and we must take every measure to evolve with it.” He is a compassionate dentist that addresses each patient’s needs individually.
Dr. Nguyen is a southern California native. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Cellular and Developmental Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He received his DDS from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry; the school where his older sister and his wife graduated from as well.
In his spare time you can find him cooking, working out, and enjoying family time with his wife and two dogs. He also enjoys woodworking and target shooting and is great with computers. He is looking forward to meeting you and to providing you and your family with a confident smile!

Maira
Maira began being a part of the dental field over 25 years ago. She’s originally from Northern, CA but has been enjoying the AZ life since 1999. When she’s not dedicating her time to patients and the ARD team she loves spending time with her family, vacationing, and playing softball!
Marlena has been in the dental field for 12 years with both front and back-office experience. She is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and helping them through every step of their dental visit. She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and two kids.
Aileen moved to AZ from New Mexico in 2021. On her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, her boyfriend, and fur baby. She enjoys the outdoors and working out.
Suzy has been in dentistry for 39 years and a hygienist for 21 years. She started with the practice in 1997 as an assistant. She enjoys traveling and riding motorcycles.
Lori was born and raised in Arizona. She graduated dental hygiene school from NAU in 2002. She began being part of the ARD team in 2018. She enjoys spending her free time with her family.
Mondi has been in the dental field for over 25 years, starting as a dental assistant. Realizing her joy in helping others through the dental profession, she furthered her education and became a dental hygienist. Mondi is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendship with each patient. Being a native Phoenician, she enjoys relaxing in the pool, going for a hike, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kristina has been practicing dental hygiene since 2010. Originally from Illinois, Kristina moved to the west valley in 2018. Kristina has two young children she enjoys spending time with and loves traveling.
Kiki born and raised in Wyoming and a US Navy veteran. Kiki seeks to treat all of her patients with kindness, compassion, and care. She and her partner have 2 daughters, 2 guinea pigs, and an adorable St. Berdoodle, Teddy P. If she’s not playing games with her family or hiking with her co-workers, you can find her volunteering her time and skills to others at non-profit events and refugee clinics throughout the valley.
Ashley
Ashley has been in the dental field for over 12 years now. She joined our office in 2019 and is thankful to have found a great team to work with. In her spare time, Ashley likes to spend time with her husband and two sons.
Jessica is the Lead Assistant at ARD and started here in 2019. She loves assisting our wonderful doctors, helping the team, and going the extra mile for our patients. She is an Arizona native and loves her family, the outdoors and off-roading.
Dina has been a registered dental assistant for 27 years. Originally from Southern California, she came to the valley in 2006 and joined ARD in 2021. She enjoys spending time vacationing and boating with her husband, kids and grandkids.
Yesi has been in the dental field for 4 years. She's an Arizona Native and served in the Army for 4 years. She loves spending time with her son and enjoys going to the gym!
